Enjoy a multicourse dinner featuring food and wines from around the world. This lovely dinner will start off our winter demonstrations with Chef Dustin Clements and Sommolier Oulli Durham. We will bring you some of our favorite wines and dishes from our favorite wine-growing regions.

Meet wine maker Patric Matysiewski, in a wonderful multicourse dinner demonstration. Sauvage Spectrum in Palisade, Colorado makes incredibly delicious and approachable wine. We are excited to host them and learn more about them and Colorado’s wine scene.
Our off-season travels took us all the way from street food in downtown Guadalajara to 3-star Michelin restaurants in Napa. We realized we liked almost all dining experiences, which gave us an idea… Why not combine our love for all food and have a fun and whimsical evening?
