Upcoming Wine & Food Pairing Events

 

Throughout the year, Communion offers the unique opportunity to explore carefully curated menus and tasting experiences with local and visiting chefs and winemakers.  From seasonal flavors to exploring lesser known varietals and independently run winemaking programs, these events are designed to educate, excite and expand your palate. Some of these events are first come, first served but others are limited to reservations only which can be make using OpenTable below. We look forward to hosting you at one of our upcoming epicurean adventures.

An Evening of Rosenthal Wines with Sophia Charow

We are very excited to share an evening with Rosenthal Wine Merchant, as they share so many of our ideas about wine. Rosenthal is composed of a close-knit group of people who understand that wine is an agricultural product and that in its best and purest form wine must reflect a specific sense of place. The wines are selected for concentration, purity of flavor, and clarity of expression. We believe strongly in organic and biodynamic farming, as well as overall sustainability. Join us for a guided tasting of wines through five expertly paired food courses.

We Love Agave!

One of our most celebrated dinners. Join us for a five-course tasting dinner featuring Agave spirit pairings. Mexico is on of our favorite places and favorite cuisines. This is one of our favorite dinners of the season, and we hoe it will be yours as well.

 

March 2

A Journey Through the Sea

After a long winter, spring starts to reveal herself and our minds gravitate towards warmer climates, beaches and oceans. Join us to celebrate through a five-course dinner featuring food from the sea in many forms. Yes, including dessert. This is always one of our favorite dinners and one to surely not be missed.

Breakfast for Dinner?!

A request from our favorite guests and a challenge to our chef. This unique event will be full of eggs, decadence, and whimsy. We aren’t sure what to expect, except the unexpected. We would love to have you for our last, and most eggstraordinary dinner of the season.
